You can send your inquiry with the “Contact Us” form stating your questions or requirements.
A travel consultant will get in touch with you to discuss and design your travel itinerary for you. After confirming your requests and preferences, we will provide a recommended itinerary and a quote for your review. You can request to change anything on the itinerary until you are happy with the proposal. This itinerary is fully personalized to you.
Once you have agreed to the proposal, you can proceed to make a deposit to confirm your travel booking with us. Your travel consultant will provide details on how to proceed.

Yes you can! You can book car services, tour guide services, train tickets, attraction tickets separately with us.
You can send your inquiry with the “Contact Us” form stating your questions or requirements and a travel consultant will get in touch with you.
We are able to provide multi language tour guide services. Please inform us early if you need a different language tour guide.
Yes, our tours are customized for you and flexible, so you can change the itinerary at anytime.
However, when the deposit is paid, you have agreed to the itinerary provided to you. As a result, we will have to charge you for additional costs incurred as a result of the change, including new costs of services provided, cancellation charges for services cancelled, etc.
Our Payment Policy
- Once you have agreed to our proposed tour itinerary, we will request you to pay a 30% deposit of the tour cost to secure your booking. We will start arranging your tour once you pay the deposit.
- Depending on the time of booking or products/services (eg. train ticket bookings, hotel bookings etc), there will be certain situations that will require full payment in advance. These requirements will be made known to you prior to confirmation of the booking.
- Upon receipt of your deposit, we will provide you with a confirmation on your tour. The remaining balance of the tour price needs to be paid upon pick up at the arrival destination, which will be specified on the booking confirmation.
Our Cancellation Policy
- We understand that there will be special circumstances that will require you to cancel your trip. You may cancel your confirmed booking at any time prior to departure.
- Please submit your cancellation in written form by email or contact us through whatsapp or wechat.
- Unfortunately, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee depending on the time period that you cancel the trip. This is to pay for direct costs/charges that have been incurred as a result of such cancellation and our reasonable administration costs of dealing with the cancellation arrangements. We hope you understand this as we have to pay our suppliers too.
- The cancellation charges for tour packages are detailed below:
- More than 30 days prior to travel date – 10% of total tour cost
- 15-30 days prior to travel date – 20% of total tour cost
- Less than 14 days prior to travel date – 30% of total tour cost
- Certain products/services that have been paid in full may not be refunded and will be assessed on a case by case basis. We will try our very best to provide a refund as much as possible.
Our Available Payment Methods
- We only offer payments by Wechat / Alipay. Credit card/debit card payments are currently not accepted. It is highly recommended to seek the help of your travel consultant when making payment to determine the most appropriate payment method.
- Please note we are not responsible for any charges levied by third parties or financial institutions and payable by you as a result of your payment transactions.
Wechat Pay set up
- Download and install the WeChat app onto your mobile device.
- Set up a WeChat account and go to the “Me” section
- Go to “Pay and Services” and go to the “Wallet”
- Select “Bank Cards” to add a payment card (credit/debit card) to your WeChat Pay account.
- You will be required to perform a real name verification process where you will need to upload your passport information and a photo of yourself.
- To make a payment, go to “Chats”, select the “+” on the right hand corner:
- Select “Scan” to scan a QR code to make payment, enter the amount to be paid, input your password to confirm the transaction or
- Select “Money” to show your payment code to be scanned by the vendor, and input your password to proceed.

- Select “Scan” to scan a QR code to make payment, enter the amount to be paid, input your password to confirm the transaction or
- Select “Pay/Receive” to show your payment code to be scanned by the vendor, and input your password to proceed.
